NV Rent Point Rental Terms

Driver Age:
Minimum age limit for vehicle categories A, B, C: 21 years.
For categories D, E, A1, B1, C1: 25 years.
For categories C2, C3, C4: 28 years.

Driving License: The driver is required to have a valid driving license or international driving permit for the respective vehicle category. The license must have been issued at least one year before the rental date.

Rental Duration: The minimum rental duration is 24 hours. A delay in return of more than 2 hours will incur an additional rental day.

Insurance: All rental prices include simple third party liability insurance. The renter is responsible for any damage or theft (partial or total) caused to the rented motorcycle or car up to the amount of the commercial value at the time of the incident.

Theft Insurance: Applies only to categories A1, B1, C1, C2, C3, C4. All NV Rent Point vehicles are equipped with safety systems.

Attention: None of the Above Insurance Coverages Apply:
• If the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• For damage on unpaved roads.
• For damage to the underside of the vehicle, tires and rims.
• For accidents with a driver not declared in the contract.
• For accidents that have not been declared at the NV Rent Point station, by submitting a relevant declaration, in accordance with Greek Law.

Fuel: The cost of fuel is borne exclusively by the renter. The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as received. Otherwise, the amount of fuel consumed will be charged.

Roadside Assistance: NV Rent Point provides free 24-hour roadside assistance throughout Greece for categories D, E, A1, B1, C1, C2, C3, C4 and within Attica for categories A, B, C.

Guarantee:
For categories A, B, C: Minimum guarantee limit of 200 euros or credit card.
For categories D, E, A1, B1, C1, C2, C3, C4: Rental is only possible with a credit card as a guarantee.

Payment Method: Rental payment is made in cash or with Visa, Mastercard credit cards.

Deliveries – Pickups: Pickups and deliveries are made from our station during operating hours. Outside of hours and holidays are available upon request with an additional charge.

Reservations: Confirmation of the reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total rental price.

Cancellations: In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit is not refundable.

Traffic Violations - Fines: The renter bears all fines and administrative penalties.

Kilometers:
For categories A, B, C: Free kilometers.
For categories D, E, A1, B1, C1, C2, C3, C4: Free 150 kilometers per day. For additional kilometers, charges apply according to the price list.

Helmet: A helmet is provided to the renter free of charge.

Taxes: All prices include VAT, according to the legislation.

Special Cases: NV Rent Point reserves the right to replace any type of vehicle with another of the same or higher category.
